Which Vinyl Do I Need?

We offer three (3) main types of adhesive vinyl products. Their specifications are provided below:

1. Oracal 631 - A Matte Vinyl

For Indoor use, removable adhesive vinyl with matte finish. Ideal for cutting with Silhouette, Cricut and professional cutter/plotters. The best choice for wall decals. Removes cleanly and easily for up to 2 years after application.

Durability - 3 years (indoor)

Thickness - 3 mil

Adhesive - Clear, water-based, removable adhesive

Release Liner - Custom silicone coated paper with special release characteristics that provide excellent weeding and release values. Customized blue silicone paper liner for white provides superior contrast for weeding.

Recommended Applications - Short to medium term applications indoors; specifically on painted drywall surfaces.

Note: Extra precaution should be used when applying wall graphics to "Low VOC" or "Zero VOC" paints as these paints may exhibit lower adhesion levels. Allowing graphics extended time after application before removing application tape allows adhesive further time to create a full bond (up to 24 hours).

2. Oracal 651 - A Glossy Vinyl

This vinyl has a high gloss finish and is ideal for outdoor uses such as car decals, exterior banners and wood signs.

Outdoor Durability: Up to 6 years

Thickness: 2.5 mil

Adhesive: Clear, solvent-based, permanent adhesive

Release Liner: Custom silicone coated paper with special release characteristics that provide excellent weeding and release values. Customized blue silicone paper liner for matte and gloss white provides superior contrast for weeding.

Recommended Applications: Medium-term indoor and outdoor lettering, marking and decoration.

This Avery gloss glitter vinyl will give you a feeling of "love at first sight"! It will add an amazing sparkle to your cups, tumblers, wood signs and more.

We offer 10 beautiful colours in different sizes, ranging from 6" x 6" to 24" by "12". This vinyl has a permanent self adhesive.

Specifications (from Avery): Avery 900 Super Cast Series Ultra Metallic series cast vinyl film is premium quality, flexible, opaque solid color, high gloss metallic vinyl film with up to 5 years of life.
